I think the prevailing wisdom is that it will not be anytime soon. I think Jim's last set of comments I saw made it sound like he isn't doing Solecismic full time anymore. I could be wrong, of course.

There was going to be a new version this past year, but Jim ran out of time. I would guess that it would be this year or next.
