FB receiving

Hi,
I usually try not to throw to my FB because of his poor yardage/throw.
There is a PFL FB averaging 8.6 yds/throw for his carreer. But he is a 70 and has a stud QB.
I am wondering what FB bars or combines would tell me the fullback will have good ave/throw?
Do we know this?
