Change tracker

Hi,
Here I am again. I am trying to use change tracker.
The problem is I don't know where to set the exe file location.
I have WIN7. My usual FOF flow path is:
Computer> C:> users> george > AppData> Roaming > Solesmic > FOF

i am interested in this answer also. I have xp on home computer and got it to work but have not tried it on Win 7 that is on the laptop...to merry i would read the reference thread on this web site for this utility...i believe it says there were to put the tracker application. if any one knows more pleas chime in.
