Would this punter make a better place kicker?

In my multiplayer league, I may draft a kicker. I was wondering which guy would make the better place kicker.

Here's the punter's combine scores:
Sol: 38
40: 4.64
Bench: 13
Agility: 7.18
Broadjump: 115

Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 215 lbs
(Both of these are well above average for a kicker)

Here's the place kicker:
Sol: 36
40: 5.01
Bench: 12
Agility: 7.55
Broadjump: 116

Height: 6' 2" (above average)
Weight: 214 lbs (well above average)

Based on what matters for a place kicker, the punter is better in Sol, 40, and BP.

The kicker is better in bj.

Can punters be converted into quality place kickers and if so, would this guy's height and weight negate the combine advantages?

From what I've seen ... they hold about 3/4 their value. I'm thinking the regular kicker will have better stats .. all, accept maybe accuracy - depending on their intelligence. (If the punter is dumb as rocks, he'll be decently accurate). But, they're so close in Sol score, I can't see the punter having an advantage. Unless the Punter is not 'intelligent' and the kicker is + Intelligent.

I'm no pro though, so don't let my opinion be a be all end all :). Grab some more opinions - and even better yet, run some tests in solo play :)
