Draft Analyser Questions

Hi,
I need your help.
I am trying to use the StelmackSoft FOF7 Utility Suite draft analyser for the first time.
I have the Draft Analyser Screen up, ( the one with the blue and green colors.)
There are many things I do not understand. (edited- I learned some things.)

(1) What does the Bars number mean? Is It an average of the bars or a total adjusted by my edits.
If you have a bad scout like me is there a way around him to get more accurate bars?

(2) What does Comb mean. Is It an average of the combine bars or a total adjusted by my edits.

(3) Is the overal rate adjusted for draft class?
I mean is a center compared to all other centers in this class or some other standard?

(4) What do the white vertical bars on the blue bars graph mean? i.e. Sense rush.

(5) What are the "best" weights for combines and bars?

(6) Is there a link that explains all of this?

(7) Is there a way for someone with a good scout to send me their draft analyser page? Is that cheating?

I know, too many questions. But, I am lost again.
