2nd WR double coverage %

In my multi-player league, I have a good starting CB and very bad CBs behind him (36 is the 2nd best rated CB). When I ask for the recommendations for defense, they put the double coverage % for the 2nd WR very low and always lower than the double coverage % for the 1st WR (I'm oriented by WR). What I'm wondering is if I should up the double coverage for the 2nd WR since my 2nd CB is so weak? Will this hurt my coverage in other ways? I'm worried that they'll just consistently target the 2nd WR since he's covered by a pretty weak CB.

I'm not really sure, if I have just one very good CB, it would make sense that if I go 0/100 and "Cover by WR" that I should be in decent shape against both WR1 and WR2. Again, I don't know that's the right thing to suggest here.
