playing as the GM

Hi i want to play fof as a gm, signing players, trades drafts but leaving the strategy to the coaches..but i wonder if this is possible. If i was to have RBs which have high power running stats will the ai coaches set up to run between the tackles?...if i have a short passing QB will this also be stup up? or am i hoping for too much from my coaches?

The AI is not horribly dumb, but if you want any particular thing done, chances are you'll have to do it yourself.

It'll do a decent enough job at those things. It's not perfect by any means, but you won't win or lose many more games because you let the AI handle that stuff.
