No In Game Injury Notification

I could not figure out why in the second half my pass defense went south in a hurry.

I completed the game and then checked my mail. My starting shut down LCB (87/87) had suffered an injury that would side line him for 6 weeks.

I call all my team's plays and never recall seeing a notification the LCB was injuried during the game. I went back through the play by play log and did not spot the injury notification either. Other injuries did appear in the game log.

The game summary showed the player to be on the field for only 18 of the 64 opponent's plays while sporting an endurance level of 78.

Is this a bug? I assume all injuries are supposed to be high lighted at the end of a particular play. True?

Hmm. I don't read the logs enough to know, but do plays ever show more than one injury on the same play? And, is it possible to have more than one per play (the nature of the injury check; is there a check on every play where a player is selected and then checked, or are all players checked?) I wonder if it is possible for two injuries to occur but only one reported.
