Injury Setting

What do most feel is the most realistic injury setting?

I think most people think a setting of 200 mimics the real world NFL. However, I don't think most people play with that setting. Typically, at least in MP leagues the setting is 100 or 125. Of course YMMV.

I suspect it would be in the 225 to 250 range, assuming the equalize cities setting is used.
