Blitzing

Anyone willing to help me with blitzing percentages? I am only playing single player, if that matters. And if you don't wish to post on here pm me. I am looking to blitz Llike the Packers, Eagles, and Steelers. I don't want to go over board, but I would like torepilicate these teams.

Well the Jets , who blitz more than any other team, blitz on something like 64% of their defensive plays.

Wish I could find the article I read that broke it down.
