It's been a long time since I posted but thought I would try to help some folks out looking for some closer to updated 2011 roster. I, like the Company 3M, have the motto, "we don't make the products you buy, we make the products you buy better" :D
I took another roster file posted (believe it was Millhouse) and went through and made a ton of adjustments to tone the ratings down, move some players around, etc. etc.
You'll need to convert it to the fdt file still as the site does not seem to support uploading that file type.
I will say that you have to turn X-factor off for the ratings to look like I was shooting for. Admittedly, I kept refining the ratings and gave up because I was not seeing progress.....then turned of X-factor and voila.
I know I haven't caught everything and sorry, I am not making further changes, as I think for my needs, it works well. Just figured I would pass it on. I would appreciate any feedback on the ratings as I want to know if it seems more realistic or gives the game a little bit of new life.
