I would like to improve a little bit the chemistry in my team, how do I know that the player that I'm signing in the FA is a chemistry fit? And the player that I'm drafting, how to know he will be a chemistry fit?

yep, that's how it works. birth date matching / astrology signs.
It's easy to tell in FA because an affinity player will have their name be green, and a player who is either a conflict or has both affinities and conflicts will be blue.
In the draft it will tell you if you interview an affinity/conflict. You can also just look at the birthdays, or use Draft Analzyer from the Stelmack Utility suite (check the reference thread stickied here). You can input your leaders' birthdays, and it will highlight in green all the potential affinities, and in red all the potential conflicts.
Remember, it has to do with personality strength, too.
There's a convenient table here based on dates:

Thanks a lot QuikSand and aston217, it helped me a lot, just one more question, what is the impact of a "Red Flag" player? What he does for the group?

Nothing to do with cohesion at all, but Red Flag players have a chance of getting suspended by the league. When that happens I think it is for the entire year.
I don't think it's a real high percentage though. Pretty rare.
