So I just noticed Mappings.csv, one of the outputs of Interrogator...and it seems to suggest the following:
There are 101 discrete values for coach/scout/stadium ratings (the ones that range from 'Poor' to 'Excellent'), from 0-100.
0-15: Poor (16)
16-30: Fair (15)
31-50: Average (20)
51-69: Good (19)
70-84: Very Good (15)
85-100: Excellent (16)
This is mostly useless for how one would approach the game, but maybe it's nice to know and file away in the back of your mind. IMO, always good to know what's going on. And good to know the vast (*potential*) difference between a coach who is 'Good' vs a coach who is 'Very Good'.
Would also be very wary of any average ratings just because of their potential for being on the low end of that large spectrum.
