How to blitz more often?

Is there a way to blitz more frequently, I know I can change the percentage of blitz (LB, CB or S blitz) per position, but I want to blitz more... Like, if my team send one blitz each 5 plays, I want them to send one blitz each 4 plays, is that possible? How? Thanks...

yes. on the defensive personnel choices screen. you can choose how often to blitz and how many to blitz
