Updated roster

Hi guys...do you know where I can find an updated roster for FOF?

I have the roster from the previous season....

or do you know how I can make the new roster file? (and also the draft file)

How does that file look? Does it have jersey numbers, and colleges right?

Trying to decide if I should use this or a more complete 2011 or earlier file.

I guess, what's the most recent file that's in-tact and gets best results?
