Maybe something to think about for future versions. :)

"If you have everyone back from a team that lost ten games, experience isn't too important." - the late John Mckay

Depends on why you lost 10 games. Rookie QB? QB or WRs lost injured? very young team?
A few key injuries on a team with little depth can be catastrophic.

KC's head coach, quarterback, and leading receiver are all brand new to the team and I think that fueled their turn-around more than guys that have been on the team for 5 years or whatever.

McKay's record in league where roster turned over every three seasons: 127-40-8
McKay's record in league where some players remain for years: 44-88-1

His USC time probably isn't fair, but I'll take it as good evidence that he wasn't kidding. :)
