As much as I am loving it so far there are still a few things that irk me.

The amount of guys named "Jumbo." (Especially when it must be an ironic name, as you get a 5'9" QB with the name.

The midget QB's. I end up saving before free agency & going back time and again to avoid 5'9" & 5'10" QB's who run a 5.01 40 from being one of the top QB's in the draft.

Other positions with a bunch of guys who don't measure up. There simply aren't an a lot of 5'10" 278 lb guards and 6'1" 300 lb OT's being drafted in the first round.

Also, I wish the AI would offer trades outside of the couple times in the offseason they do. During the draft would be wonderful. (I hate when I can't trade out of a pick & get any value for it, then the next pick is traded... and when I look at what the trade was I would have taken that in a heartbeat!)

And I wish the mentorship was redone to be for a positional group instead of a position specific thing. Meaning, instead of needing C, OG & OT mentors all you would need would be an OL mentor. Same thing in a backfield mentor instead of needing specific ones for RB & FB. Maybe the mentor could have a specialty similar to the coaches, as mentors are kinda like a bridge between the coaches & players (as I have understood it)

The fact that it takes three years to renovate stadium turf and parking lot. That is absolutely absurd.

I agree with the height/weight issue. I hate seeing all-world DT listed as 6'1", 270 lbs. That was one of my house rules, not to draft or sign guys who clearly are too small to play the position.

My other pet peeve is that guys who are inactive for the SuperBowl *still* do not get credit for a ring, even if they were instrumental in getting their team there in the first place. I can see having a minimum games played rule to avoid giving rings to guys who have been inactive all-season, but when your all-world safety goes down in the Conference Finals and misses out on a ring because of it... it just feels wrong, and an awkward design decision to say the least.
