After Training Camp, my team switched to 3-4?

I just hired a new set of coaches, but had no idea this could happen. All my DT's are now NT's, but only some of my LBs became SILB and WILB - some did not.

FOF 2K7 did this also. If you have the scouts setting your depth chart, it will decide between 34 and 43 for you and do position switches right before training camp.

Thats cool, what's behind the decision making when it comes to the staff making those defensive changes? Is it random? Is it based on roster talent or coach preference?

Would the old start eventually make those same decisions?
