Hey guys
Just wanna be sure, when selecting cover 2, this is zone coverage for all players right?
That is how i think about it, but that means you can play man coverage with bump and run?

From the help file:
2-Deep, Bump and Run - This is the "Cover-2" defense that so many teams use today. Both safeties drop into deep zones, and the other pass defenders play much closer to the receivers, often bumping them within the legal five-yard limit. This defense has no major weaknesses, and is a little stronger against a short passing attack.

"2-Deep, Loose Man - This is one of the most basic coverages. Both safeties drop into deep zones, and the other defenders play a man-to-man defense. It has no major strengths or weaknesses.

While it clearly states the other defenders play man2man in 2-deep, loose, it is it not as clear what the other players are doing in the 2-deep, bump'n'run, but'll guess it is zone then.

Cover 2 is when the Safeties cover the right and left zones in the back, while everyone else plays man-to-man. I believe the difference between loose and bump and run is what happens after the ball is snapped -- loose means no bump and run contact within first 5 yards after snap.

Cover 3 and Cover 4 are the all zone coverages.

Actually, it seems clear that the other players are playing Bump and Run in the 2-deep Bump and Run.
