How do I move game saves and files to a new PC?

I'm getting a new PC and wondered what files to move and where to install them, thanks for the help in advance.

Copy your entire Solecismic folder under AppData, where all the savedata is located.

It'll be under C:\users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Solecismic Software
