can you still mod your graphics on steam FOF?

in previous versions, I used reshacker to change the in-game graphics/icons. Now that I have moved to the steam version, I have not tried that. (I suppose steam files are named/ stored differently?) Just wondering if anyone has done that on their steam game and if so, care to share the steps?

You have to buy the game with the old Viatech solution to allow modding with reshacker.
