I'm looking to measure the overall strength of my BBCF-generated draft classes against FOF-generated draft classes - are there any existing utilities that can inspect an in-game FOF draft class and provide any sort of analysis that might be useful for this purpose?

I don't think there's been a utility written specifically towards this purpose, Groundhog -- but presumably you could do pull data from the game-generated player_ratings CSV files and compare that way.
I believe there was only one BBCF-to-FOF converter, though, and I also recall reading that it was generally accepted to result in far too much talent. This was back in earlier FOF versions, which I think means it should be even more true in FOF7.

Perhaps not the in-depth analysis you were looking for, but the draft analyzer, when using the slot by round feature, will indicate which rookies are "1st round worthy, 2nd round worthy", etc. That would at least provide a clue as to the quality of the class.

it was for 2004 and from what the site said it tended to generate way to many really good QB's.
