Changing Difficulty level

I thought you were suppose to be able to change difficulty level but i see no way to do it. Am i blind lol

Only at the start of a league, I think.

If you'd really like to kick it up a notch, join an MP league :)

Difficulty levels were in FOF2K7. They do not exist in FOF7.
