Coin Toss and 15 PAT

I haven't played the game for about 8 months. Does the game have the PAT taken at the 15 yard line, like the new rules? Also, in real NFL you get a choice if you win the coin toss, to defer or take the ball, do you get a choice in the game if you manage?

I guess I'm just wondering if there's been any updates. Are any planned?
