Reset Help?

Downloaded the game about a month ago. Renamed the teams, realigned the teams, did a fantasy draft. Played a bit to learn a little. Coming back to it now and wanted to use real team names and locations and rosters....ummm....how do I reset everything?

Just start a new game(career?) and it will start from scratch.
