So, I just got an email that the owner is upset with the value of the franchise and if it isn't fixed soon I could be on the way out.

So, I go to check Franchise Value.

Stadium=0

Makes sense, I'm in a stadium built in 2000:

Stadium Condition- Very Good
Turf Condition- Good
Parking Lot- Very Good

Roster=0

Now this is where I need help. How is this calculated? My team just finished 12-4 and won their division. The next lowest ranked team in the roster category has a 38. It has to be a bug right?

Support= 60

City Economy=34

What can I look for to fix my roster issues even though my team is one of the best teams in the league?

Your roster is a 0 and you went 12-4? Yeah, that doesn't add up.

The only thing i know that may affect the roster rating (which is the same as your power ranking score in week 1) is if you don't keep a FB, as I don't.

For example, in my most recent season when I don't have a FB, I am 100 on PR but the 2nd place is 88. When I sign a FB with 29/29 rating from the street, I am 100 but the 2nd place is 40. As the score is relative to the top, that is a 40-50 point swing for no good reason. This may not apply to you. But it is not hard to imagine some middle-of-the-road team gets dramatically downgraded there due to not having a FB.

Ah, it's possible I might not have had a healthy FB on the roster. I know I started with one, but sometimes I simulate as the season goes on and the roster is filled by the AI if there are injuries.

If you are at the beginning of a new season (likely, if you're getting emails from the owner) then the game is only looking at the roster you have signed right at the moment. So, the roster rating might be based on only 20 players you have signed... and if compared to the rest of the league who might have 30-40 guys under contract, yours might look terrible.

Bigger picture, though, this is about making money. It is not central to the game, but it matters in this situation. Renovate your stadium, start selling more tickets at higher prices, and you ought to be fine.
