Los Angeles Rams/Chargers

Quick Question:

How are most leagues handling this? I know that the Chargers have not made their move official, but what about the Rams?

Is this something that a commissioner does in name only or is there a way to move a team in the game without going to a vote?

If it's going to be done in MP, I would recommend it being done in name only.

I often see *shurg* written in comments on here. I assume it is supposed to be *shrug*. I looked up shurg on the Urban Dictionary and it has a completely different meaning (second example) Urban Dictionary: shurg (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?defid=1209133&term=shurg)


Maybe it's a US thing I am unaware of. Just makes me chuckle that's all. Not added much to the topic but I like to share ;)

The *shurg* is a stupid insider thing mentioned in passing by a mostly-departed forum member (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/member.php?u=224), that inexplicably caught on, always deliberately misspelled. So, no, it's not something you can explain anywhere... it's just a thing here.

I just found out the spelling checker in IE11 on my laptop automatically corrects *shurg* into * shrug*... Sadly, because *shurg* is so much closer to "schurk", the Dutch word for villain.

That's what I assumed, I don't post much but visit a lot and I'd always assumed that *shurg* was just Ben misspelling *shrug*.

I restarted my solo career, moving the Rams to LA and good riddance :) I'll try to get the Cleveland Browns to the Super Bowl!
