Is there a actual thread here that explains game planning? I have been unable to find one. When I do try to come up with a game plan it never seems to run my plan, seems like it just does as it as it wants to me.

Dola: You might know this already, but the way you worded your post makes me a little unsure: be certain you've un-clicked the single-player option to let coaches handle your game plan.
