DC issue?

In one of my online leagues, I wanted to see which DC I drafted, as my previous had retired and when looking at the guy, I saw this:

I think 5 teams in total had DCs with this same situation, OL coaches who became DC. Is this something to be concerned about?

Notice his playbook is 18, I wonder if you can add more plays with him. What's what happens when you go to your depth chart, since he has no front?
