Way to read Help file when not playing?

Is there a PDF or something of the help file that is in the game? I feel like I am tied to the game to be able to read the Help file.. I would like to print it off and have it where I can read anywhere and mark stuff in it and make notes..

Its seems like past FOF had the help file as like a PDF download if you wanted it.

Well I could do it, Cut and paste.. But it would take a lot of time.. I am not that crazy. :)
