Can you put it on 2 computers?

If you bought it through steam....just download it out of your library on steam onto your desktop. I have it on both my laptops.

Sort of a related question - I have FOF8 on my work and home computers. I would love to be able to play with the same franchise at both. Is there a file I can copy to a flash drive and paste each time to go back and forth in the same franchise between the two computers?

The universe folder is where your saves are stored. It's stored here by default:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football Eight

It may be easier to just copy that entire directory, as other data is stored in the other folders too.
