Run team as commissioner in FOF 8

I was told I needed to create a login but wasn't told how.. So how do I create a login for a team so I can run a team as commissioner?

I figured it out. The league was just created and I wanted to be able to login as a participant to run a team as well as be the commissioner. Should've responded a few days ago when I figured it out.
