HD failure and league files lost

I've recently experienced a Hard Disk failure and I've lost my gamefiles. Since I'm not willing to experience the same feeling in the future, I'd like to backup my league files. I'm guessing they're in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football Eight\universe\leaguename but I'm not sure they're in other folders as well.
I'm running local leagues and I'm on Steam.

Back-up the whole thing on an external HD:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Solecismic Software
