For example, I assume a disgruntled player will re-sign, but does an unhappy player give you the message about not accepting offers from you based on lack of play time? Angry and demanding trade I assume are past the point of return. Anyone with more experience have thoughts on this?

You also have "Livid" in between "Angry" and "Demanding Trade". From memory, I think "Angry" is kind of 50-50, where you can't tell whether the player is too angry to sign a new deal or not.
