There's a wealth of information about FOF8 drafting out there. Which bars to focus on, static bars, ways to pick out a sleeper and a bust, all that. I haven't really seen much on FOF9 drafting, which definitely works differently.


For starters, there are new bars, like "fully developed". I'm assuming that's your coaching staff telling you what they think that player's ceiling is. It's also clear on the FOF9 support site that the combine attributes don't all affect the same bars, but I didn't see anything on why the attributes, combine data and interview results don't show up until the last few days. It's all a different experience, and I'm not entirely clear on how it works in this version of the game.

There’s very little detailed public info on FOF9 drafting mechanics; most knowledge comes from the official FOF forums and dev comments, and much of the draft logic (new bars, late info reveal) is intentionally opaque compared to FOF8.
