Expansion

A call to Jim! I understand, mostly, your approach and how you limit the potential mods to control the engines results and playability. With that I would like to push for one change that has at least two components. First, add a means of having the current configuration allow for internal league expansion using the data files you have already provided for us. Allow us to either replicate the historical expansions or even various versions again using the files provided; i.e. 16 teams > 20 teams > 28 teams > 32 teams, or some form of this. The second piece with this would be to add a format for a future expansion we can apply; i.e. 40 teams, etc.

There are other wishes (multiplayer) but those will be for another conversation. FOF has a strong following and still has the potential for an even stronger, leading role despite the competition that is showing up on the market. I for one respect your work and will be an FOF lifer looking forward to any future variations, whatever they may be.

I really like the idea of allowing for internal league expansion and utilizing the existing data files for historical or custom team configurations. It would definitely add depth and flexibility to the game.
