Coaching and Offence Play Calling

If you have Ai handle playbooks and play calling, does it use the offensce style of HC or OC? Is it woprth making sure HC and OC style is the same?

Also, if having AI run playbooks and play calling, are there game settings I need to change?

On the strategy screen, would I select the action 'Generate Coordinator Plays' under strategy->Playbook? I am a bit lost as to how to get AI to setup and generate playbooks and plays.

Also, what does primary group do under coaches? Does it mean that thos positions are likely to progress faster when you have that coach?
