So, i got a question about building a new stadium.
I'm the Oakland Raiders, started a dynasty in 2013 and am now in 2014.
My stadium is from 1994, in poor condition.
It has 72.595 capacity with 58 luxury boxes. I sell 70.000 season tickets and the boxes. Every game is sold out.
Support level for new construction is 75, the NCP is yes (so new construction is possible) and loyalty is 98.
So how do i get the new stadium? I know there is only one moment per year to do this, but once that is available i see i can decide on how big the stadium is going to be + how many luxury boxes. This increases the costs of the build.
And then i can ask for how much of it has to be funded by public money and if i want to chip in an amount as well.
I made a profit of roughly 20 mio in my first season and i have no idea what the impact is going to be taking on a part of the financing of the stadium. Lets say the stadium costs x million and i take 50% of that, what does that then mean in terms of gameplay?
Are there some general guidelines on what is acceptable in terms of support to ask from the community?
And what happens if they say no. Do i get another shot to get a new stadium in Oakland? I would like to stay in Oakland.
