where can i get really cheap webhosting for a low-traffic site, that allows hot-linking?

www.doteasy.com (http://www.doteasy.com) will host your site for free. You only have to register your domain with them, only $25 a year which comes down to $2 a month or so...

I think you can also transfer an existing domain but I'm not sure. I've registered twice with them in the past and found them to be pretty reliable...

yeah, but there's no easy way to find out there. I was just wondering if anyone here has personal experience or anything. I just want to be able to throw a few images up somewhere and be able to hotlink to them elsewhere.

I use Powweb - it's relatively cheap (7.77) per month. it's probably much more than you would need though.

If you appease me properly, I'd have no problems with setting you up on my server for $0.00 monthly.

Assuming it's just a handful of graphics and whatnot.
