I have been listening to a Delerium radio station over at Shoutcast.com

Most of the tunes that I have heard so far are really good, some of the songs have female singers with alot of ooo's and ahhh's, some of them and some have lyrics.

I like what I have heard so far, so I go over to Amazon.com and see that they have had new album come out last week. There are some pretty good reviews on it already, so I am thinking about picking it up. I do alot writing (poems, short stories) and some of these tunes would be good mood, muse sessions for me.

Question is, is it any good?

Any of you that may be Delerium fans, is the new Chimera cd any good? I was thinking about picking it up.

Thanks in advance.

I love Delerium. I had no idea they had a new album out. Karma is excellent. Couldn't reccommend it enough if you like this kind of music. One of my best CD purchases ever. Poem is good too. Just not as good.

I have liked Delerium since it was dark instrumentals. The sound has really evolved over the years.

I have not heard any of the new stuff, though. I have completely lost touch with my music. I haven't bought any Delerium CDs since I got Semantic Spaces, and both Spheres volumes.

I have the Euphoric EP, Morpheus, Syrophenikan (Dossier), Semantic Spaces, Spheres, and Spheres II. I have heard some of the newer stuff and liked it, but have not bought it.

Rhys and Bill make good music. I have always been kind of a fan of their work, for the most part, from Front Line Assembly, Noise Unit, and Intermix. If you like Delerium you would probably like Intermix, and perhaps might like Noise Unit.
