I having some bit of trouble progessing my players and making them pass their classes. I was an avid player but gave it up for about 4 months and remember someone posting something about positions and and what amount of time you should give them. I.E. QB's 20 Study Hall, Weightlifting 7-10 etc. If you know what im talking about please help.

as a general rule:
I try to keep all my players at around a 3.0 GPA or above.
if you add intelligence + aspiration:
sum: study time
200: 13
190: 14
180: 15
170: 16
160: 17
150: 18
140: 19
130: 20
120: 21
110: 22
100: 23
90: 24
80: 25
(etc, etc)
if you need to boost a guy's grades to eek out some weight room/film study time, you can fill in with coaching blocks.
This is a REAL general outline. Generally, if I have a player that can go above 30 in film or weight, I stop at 30 and the rest of the time goes to the other (weight/film).
QB's 25+ film 10+ study
RB's 19+ film
FB's 18+ weight
TE's same as FB's
WR's 22+ in the film room
C's 23+ weight and 14+ film
G's 25+ weight and 12+ film
T's 26+ weight and 11+ film
K/P's - keep weight/film the same
DE's 23+ weight and 14 film
DT's 27+ weight and 13 film
ILB's 21+ weight and 18 film
OLB's 18+ weight and 21 film
CB's 26 film and 11+ weight
S 24+ film and 14 weight
There's different ideas about the freshman season (overloading in one or the other) you just have to find what works best for you there.

Morgado's link had the best study on these settings, but I don't have the link anymore. Anyone else out there have it who might care to share it here?
