I know someone posted defender prices in one of the Hattrick dynasties, but I can't find that information right now. The search function doesn't work very well.

There was the info on the price range for passable, solid and excellent defenders.

Thanks in advance to the person who posted that (and re-post or re(link it here).

I second that.

If you're just talking about central defenders, then you're looking at around $15,000-$25,000 for passable defenders, $100,000-$150,000 for solid defenders, and somewhere in the neighborhood of $500,000 for excellent defenders. I believe NAIWF is getting at least a half-mil for Tim Thomas, a 23-year-old excellent defender.

These prices obviously go up if you're talking about wingbacks. Good winger skill can as much as double these prices.

Obviously, there are often bargains to be found, and prices vary considerably depending on other factors (specialties, personality, age), but I think these numbers should be a good rule of thumb.

Thanks DataKing. I just got 2 young (18) passable defenders for $15K. Seems it's in the low part of the range.

I am putting some effort in trying to daytrade now that TS is going to be reset in 2 weeks and I have no offical game to play (so I don't care about my TS).

Thanks

I'd also take into account that at the end of the season people tend to pay less.
