current price on this guy is $105K US. can put up 3 stars. What would you pay for this guy, assuming you had about a $300K budget and want to upgrade at wingback?

Personally, he's overpriced. I run all my wingbacks defensive and can get 3* with guys valued at about half as much. I wouldn't pay more than 65k for him given that he'll be 29 very soon.

I'm not sure about playing wingbacks normal though, so perhaps that could be a big factor in whether you listen to me or not.

From what I have noticed, playing wingbacks normal tends to hurt your defense more than you gain in offense. Of course, that is with a pair of passable winger/formidable defender wingbacks. I suspect the give and take between offense and defense will be a little more even with a guy like this.

A guy like this would be more of an option as a normal wingback than a defensive one. With strictly defensive wingbacks, you can get away with lower winger skill. I guess it depends on whether you need more attack or defense on the wing.
