It hasn't been that long, but it's amazing how much of this thread I've forgotten.
Worth a trip down memory lane.

Can we un-ban Horns? Just for entertainment purposes? ;)

Good quotes from this thread
"She is in the shower right now, if you must know. I am happily married. This woman will never hear from me. As I said, I only did this for instructional purposes. " HM
"ok. showering at midnight is not to common around these parts, but you rich folk must be a little different" CA
:D
From someon's first post:
I'm sure this thread will go down in FOFC history.. I'm glad to be part of it.. thanks Horns!!
I love this Fritz quote:
I agree with HM on this one. You impersonate someone else. Someone with a power over women.
My wife still thinks I am Fidel Castro.
jamesUMD "You know who I look like when I'm on the internet?
Tom Cruise
You know what I look like when I'm not on the internet?
Definitely not Tom Cruise "

I was just re-reading the thread and having a few laughs. (I need some serious help) Does anyone else imagine different poster's voices in their minds? And if so, does anyone read Hornsmaniac as a 13-year old boy?

Kinda yeah. One who, between sips of his Capri Sun, tugs on the collar of his jean jacket and tells everyone how they can be as cool as him.

My personal favorite.
Are you saying that Jill the 19 year-old sex addicted, D-cup having, 100 pound weighing hottie that I met online last night might not be all that she appeared to be??? But dude she sent me a picture, how can this be???
My world is crumbling!! HornsManiac, saaavveeee meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The point wasn't to show guys how to meet women online, it was to show them how I communicate with women in general. This could be on the phone, in person, through the mail, with smoke signals, with morse code, on the internet, anywhere!
What a guy. How are we living without him.

I also enjoy the "When are you going to bring her home to meet Kevin?" comment.

Um, yeah...because normal women post about Massengil all day long. Everyone listen up, because this guy's insight into women is truly astounding.
It just doesn't stop. Well, not until page 8 anyway.
EDIT: More
Who are you, Larry Dallas?
That was like watching a really bad infomercial. Classic stuff HM!
You know... I never thought anyone at fofc would ever be able to top the humilation of Horns getting caught cheating in his own online OOTP league. But I think with this thread he may have broken his own record!
I wonder if we've finally run Horns off? Either that or his wife is taking another midnight shower in the Lincoln Navigator and he's too busy picking up cute women on the internet (just for the fun of it!) to visit here anymore.
I think he's probably swamped with his game review website that he's taking over. All those free games and free hardware and the unlimited fringe benefits are a lot to handle.
Are you and Horns the reason they have the slogan "Easy as Dell"? Are you really that loose?
Regardless if HM was right or wrong, or serious or not, you have to find what he did here hilarious. He took himself so damn serious and was so damn proud of picking up a girl on the internet. Classic HM stuff.
it's like talking to Kato Kalin. you must be tired so go get some rest. saving the world is a tough job.
Jebus Christ Northstar, what are you still doing here talking to all us virgin dorks? Think of all the vagina- er pussy I think you might call it - you could be getting!
I feel strangely attracted to you.
Cool, my mother in law just gave me some Curious George party hats and printed napkins. I will be pretty broke, so someone else will have to bring the soda and cake. I trust you will bring the women?
I can picture it now. Sachmo teaching me and Ctown to dance like Charlie Brown, Kodos hitting on the chick with the facial hair and blue ass, Quiksand mystifing the crowd with his three card monty routine. Draft Dodger will be there in his "I break for Omlettes" shirt. Some of the old timers might even show up cause its a party and all. Cam will be DJing like only an AM Talk radio show guy can, of course. At 11 we will turn on an old episode of Friends and just laugh laugh laugh at that Joey guy. Later, we will all circle Skydog as he belts out one of those smooth songs that make you want to hold on to somebody. And we will! Much later someone will break out a beer bong and we will do powershots of Bartles and James Wild Berry Cooler and Jagermeister (MIXED!).
I'd come up with an intelligent reply, but I spit pretzels laughing so hard, so it's tough to type.

A couple of classic moments:
rkmsuf: Just because the rest of us leave all the skanks to you and you clean up doesn't mean you've found nirvana.
And rkmsuf posting a picture of The Lady's Man.
heybrad: This is kind of like watching that Brady Bunch episode where Peter doesnt like his personality so he makes up a bunch of new ones. I can picture Horns staring in the mirror saying... "Pork chops, and apple sauce. Thats swell."
Maple Leafs: Good for you. So what did you practice doing in front of the mirror on the other nights?
I just love how things that a couple of dozen people said over and over just simply went right over HM's (and NorthStar's) head, Just classic.

I like how either Horns or Northstar had it worked out so just one was on the defense of C&F at a time. Some good team work displayed by those two.

This one (http://dynamic2.gamespy.com/~fof/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=015600) is still my favorite, but I probably have not read as much of his stuff as some of you have.
