To me the most disturbing part is the inability for the submitter to differentiate the area for Quote and Name when submitting a QOTM.

You had to read the thread. BillyMadison was complaining about grammar, punctuation, etc, so anytime he spelled something wrong, The Afoci, or someone would point it out, and he would say it's a physical error. So I did this in jest, I think The Afoci's follow-up to that was funnier though. "Spanish is such a beautifal language"

Supposed to be English. Of course, as our staff is told every time we complain about conditions, "A GOOD teacher can teach 80 kids anywhere." Maybe that's where the nightmare comes from.

As great a response as that would be, I'm sure it would be met with "Well then we're writing your paycheck to anyone but you." It makes me sad, knowing that I'm going to be a teacher within the next two years...

As a former English teacher, I feel your pain. I can't imagine what they are doing in my state now, with it's huge budget crunch, and growing class sizes too. Instead of being able to hire new teachers, now they are going to have to lay them off.

I got lucky when my twin boys were born. I get to stay home and teach a class size of two. :)
