My team spirit was calm before the game and I PIC'ed. Now it is still at calm. Shouldn't it have gone up?

Are you sure it was at calm before the match? It should have been composed.

In my rookie idiocy, I though PIC made TS rise 2 spots immediately (then drop one later in the week). How does it REALLY work?

That should be about right. PIC should make TS rise one or two levels, and it will then drift back towards composed.

I'm with TP6 on this. My team spirit was at composed, it is now at content (2 levels increase), but is expected to go back down to calm at the next daily update.

What's the point of increasing 2 levels if it always drops back one. Why not just make the change to be a permanent +1?

I also PIC my first league game, too. In conjunction with two cup PICs it is enough to get my TS to PoE. Thought it usually drop to delirious just before league matches. From then I can PIC cup games and maintain this level. After I'm out of the cup I can begin to PIC league games. A PIC at delirious, I believe, is better than a normal at calm.

Because TS is constantly going towards the middle, so if you only had a +1 then it'd be 0 by the league games. This also helps when you are -5, because it's constantly moving up to a 0, while a PIC will give it +2, a faster recovery.

Isn't Calm the medium? (I'm @ work and can't check hattrick's rules)

My TS reset to composed at the beginninf of the season, so I'd assumed that composed is the medium, calm is one level higher, then it's content.

Are you at calm as of now, or did you see your TS at calm right after the match?

If you only got to calm right after your match, I would assume it's a high calm, so there might be a chance that you won't drop before your league match.

My TS went to content right after the match and as expected is back to calm this morning...

What I meant was instead of going up 2 and falling back one. Why not just institue a permanent + 1, that wouldn't change until after the next game or whenever TS drops again.

I just don't see the purpose of reaching on level of TS, only for it to change 6 hours after the game.
