Messed up my Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del)

My task manager menu went away, so I am stuck looking at the processes and only the processes. It'd be nice to have the top of the task manager back so I can also close it properly. Anyone know what I did and how to fix it?

I'll take a screen if that would help.
