Yes, my summer away at home (Jersey) is coming to a close, and I will be returning to Atlanta for my 2nd year at Emory Law School. It sure will be a different set of circumstances this year when I come down though.
For one, I'm driving by myself rather than having the family come down to settle me in. Though on the bright side, this means no furnature shopping on the access road of 85 ;). Last year, I had no idea about the city, just having arrived. It was a very interesting place I thought. A city that turned suburb before you even reached the limits (I LOVE IT :D). This year I'm more wizened and knowledgable about the place.
Of course the greatest change is that last year at this point I was very excited to come because my girlfriend of a year was down at Emory and I was going to see her. This year is different. Turns out I've run into a "Felicity" moment ;). After the first year of law school, it turns out I don't have a girlfriend anymore. She apparently didn't like the law school me. So, this time when I come to Atlanta I have much more free time :D.
So I plan to do something with this free time (This year I'll have more friends, but be lonlier, I'm sure... if that makes sense), but probably no more money ;).
Anyway, I want to hang out with y'all at some point. I gots the time now (between studying, of course) :D.
