Live in the U.S, most sites I've visited only sell to U.K customers ... where are people going to get it for U.S residents?

Yes gogamer.com. I asked this question somewhere once and was directed to ebay. BEWARE! Some of those ebay sellers seem to be pirating the software. You can get "Just the CD" or "The CD along with a Thai language manual". They say they aren't pirates, but I really doubt it.

Buy via gogamer.com, and have a clean conscience.
