It is just Clarett's luck that he gets suspended on the one day where he is only the second biggest suspension news of the day...
Talk about sliding bad news in under bigger news!

Excellent. This could be IU's chance to sneak into a Big Ten championship...

If only it weren't for Michigan, Purdue, Wisconsin, Penn State, Illinios, Michigan State, Iowa, Minnesota, and Northwestern.

This is for non academic reasons, he still faces possible punishment for the whole test scandal.

Fill me in on this. Why did SkyDog suspend Maurice Clarett?
Not that I'm against this, being from Ann Arbor and all.

Yay, someone besides me thinks Illini have a chance! :( Go Beutjer and the only returning receiver to catch a D1 pass! Illinois rules! :D

If we lose one more player on the defense you'd better get ready to suit up. Does not look good.

OSU's defense will still assrape everyone in the conference
michigan is the only team that stands a chance

Wisconsin may be the best team in the conference, if they can get average play out of their QB. They have a great RB and excellent WRs.

The Badger offense could be incredible, especially if Lee Evans gets back to the form of 2001. They have the usual monster offensive line (including center Donovan Raiola, younger bro of ex-Husker star Dominic), and a three-headed tailback combo in Anthony Davis (>3,000 yards rushing in two seasons), Dwayne Smith, and Booker Stanley. On defense, the front 7 should be very solid, and Jim Leonhard is an awesome center fielder. The CBs (Scott Starks and Brett Bell) are young, but Starks has a year as a starter under his belt. In their Rose Bowl years, what the Badgers always had (but have been lacking the last couple of years) was outstanding special teams. They really need to get back to that to be a top contender.
